Now that we finally have warm temperatures in Pennsylvania it’s time to fire up those grills! Traditionally grilled food like hamburgers, hot dogs, and ribs are high fat/high calorie choices. There are so many healthier options to cook on the grill. Here is a list of vegetable, fruit, poultry and seafood grill recipes from dietitians across the country.
