Position Description:
The Clinical Nutrition Manager oversees all aspects of clinical nutrition services within Crozer-Chester Medical Center and Taylor Memorial Hospital, as well as outpatient nutrition services at Springfield campus. This role includes supervising clinical dietitians, ensuring compliance with regulations, developing nutritional protocols, and promoting patient-centered care. The manager collaborates with medical staff, monitors patient outcomes, and drives quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage the clinical nutrition team, providing guidance and professional development.
2. Assess and improve nutritional care protocols based on evidence-based practices.
3. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop individualized patient care plans.
4. Monitor compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
5. Conduct performance evaluations and recruit staff as needed.
6. Prepare and manage department budgets.
7. Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and quality improvement initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications:
This position requires applicants to be a licensed, registered Clinical Dietitian with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Desired Qualifications:
Post-graduate degree preferred.
Strong knowledge of nutrition science, medical nutrition therapy, and healthcare regulations.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with automated EMR and diet office systems, such as EPIC and/or CBORD, preferred.
