Easter is just a few weeks away. If you have been working hard in the beginning of 2017 at improving your diet, holidays can be more worrisome than enjoyable. The abundance of food and drink options at holiday celebrations can be stressful for some people.
As dietitians we do not want you to stress over food. We want you to love food and enjoy the time you spend with your loved ones during celebrations such as Easter. To help you out I rounded up 10 Dietitian-Approved side dishes that you can add to your holiday menu. These side dishes will make you feel better about your holiday food options.
