Recipes To Use Up Your Hardboiled Easter Eggs

If you always have A LOT of hard boiled eggs in your refrigerator after Easter and/or few people in your family eat them (I’m the only one in my family that does, sadly), I have 11 delicious recipes for you!  All of these creations are from food-loving dietitians and they all feature hard-boiled eggs as an ingredient.

If you want an entree:
