10 Meals you can make with Canned or Frozen Ingredients

During these unprecedented times in our country and the world many of us who are used to having access to a variety of food are finding meal prep difficult. Store shelves are often bare. Ingredients that you usually purchase are not available.

You may have to “make due” with ingredients you would not normally use.

How many of you feel like a contestant on the show Chopped? You’re given a bunch of unusual ingredients that you don’t think belong together. You have to create something that the judges (your family) will enjoy!
