Your fans will cheer for these energizing Super Bowl eats!  Our tasty nutrient-dense dishes will have you covered all the way to the end zone, and they won’t leave you feeling sacked on Monday morning.

Cauliflower Buffalo Bites are a great first quarter crowd pleaser.  They taste slightly sweet with a perfect amount of kick.  Turmeric is a spicy game-changer in this recipe and it’s strong in antioxidants.  Antioxidants help prevent free radicals from causing cell damage and inflammation, which can lead to cancer and diabetes. When the power-packed spice combines with cauliflower, it provides your immune system with added protection.

By halftime, partygoers are ready for something more substantial and satisfying.  Shredded Pulled Pork Tacos are ideal for staying fueled.  The slow cooker makes life easy for the host.  Guests can serve themselves at any time during the game.

If the fourth quarter is a nail biter, you will enjoy chewing on these Decadent Dark Chocolate No-Bakes.  They are packed with 100% dark chocolate and polyphenols.  Polyphenols are found in cocoa. They help prevent cell-damaging free radicals from breaking down healthy disease-fighting cells.  These no-bakes will satisfy the toughest sweet tooth while protecting your heart and brain health.

On Super Bowl Sunday, you will be victorious no matter what the score.  Filling half your plate with plant-based foods will set you up for a win.  While you’re doing a great job balancing your plate, don’t forget to stay hydrated.  Try to drink 1-2 glasses of water for every alcoholic beverage you down. Enjoy your super bowl party!
